Rents for Singapore properties may weaken further even as rental volume bottoms out

For private residential the volume fell about 45.7% M-O-M while HDB properties has fallen 25.8-35.3 depending on flat type. Will this continue trending this way towards the 2nd quarter of 2020? How would this affect the future rental prices of Kopar At Newton ? where investors will purchase to lease it out. I guess this will not affect much as the TOP is still a distance away.
